Who this service is for

Verdure Psychology offers outpatient therapy for people aged 16 and over. We cannot offer therapy to people currently experiencing suicidal thoughts or at risk of suicide, or whose needs require crisis support or coordinated care from a mental health team. Please do not use this form to seek therapy in these circumstances. Contact your GP or NHS mental health team for an assessment and appropriate support.

This form is not monitored continuously. If there is immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent mental health support in England, call NHS 111 and select the mental health option. Elsewhere in the UK, contact your local NHS urgent mental health service.

We use the information you provide to consider and respond to your enquiry. We do not use AI tools to review enquiries. Our website administration tools may have access to information held within WordPress. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.
