They do not replace the separate Service Agreement that applies if you receive assessment, therapy, supervision, consultancy or another professional service from Verdure Psychology Ltd or an independent associate.

The following additional documents may also apply:

the Website Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and used;

the Cookie Policy, generated through the Complianz consent-management plugin, which explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the website and how you can manage consent; and

any Service Agreement, consent form, associate agreement, insurer terms or appointment-specific information provided to you.

This website is operated by Verdure Psychology Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 15019341.

Clinic and trading locations may change from time to time and are listed on the website Contact page.

Verdure Psychology Ltd is owned and operated by Dr Richard Jenkinson, Clinical Psychologist. Dr Jenkinson is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), registration number PYL37618. Independent associates who work with Verdure Psychology provide services under their own professional registration, insurance and service terms unless stated otherwise.

  1. Professional services are governed separately

Information on the website may describe psychological assessment, therapy, supervision or related services. However, no therapeutic or professional relationship is formed merely by viewing the website, submitting a general enquiry, or reading website content.

If you proceed to an appointment, the relevant practitioner will provide service-specific terms and privacy information before or at the start of the work. Those terms take priority over these website terms for clinical or professional services.

  1. Website information is not clinical advice

The website content is provided for general information only. It is not diagnosis, crisis support, medical advice, psychological treatment, or a substitute for professional assessment. You should not rely on website content as the sole basis for decisions about your health or treatment.

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by English law.

If you are a consumer, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland. If you are a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
